PROJECT CONSULTATIONS

To start the project process, it is important that your requirements are discussed with our business development team. Preliminary discussions concerning your design concept, project requirements and key deadlines are essential. A comprehensive analysis of the floor plans ensure we have a thorough understanding of all the requirements. The members of our team are highly knowledgeable regarding the hardware world and can offer valuable advice on styles, sizes, materials, finishes, technical aspects as well as our bespoke design services.

SITE VISITS AND PROJECT MEETINGS

Where possible, upon order confirmation, a site meeting may be scheduled. Our team will visit the site to undertake a final check that critical points haven’t been missed out or misunderstood from the plans.

DETAILED WRITTEN AND PICTORIAL HARDWARE SCHEDULES

We understand the importance of clarity when communicating with our clients and the team on site. Starting from the floor plans of the project, we provide detailed hardware schedules. Beyond the written hardware schedule where all hardware is specified on a door-by-door basis, we provide a full pictorial hardware schedule as a visual representation of each item specified.

DOOR-SET PACKING

We provide our project hardware packed and labelled by door. Everything for the door is boxed together and arranged in a logical way, thus ensuring an efficient installation and reducing the risk of products getting lost or damaged on site.

AFTERCARE

Luxe Atelier services do not end when our products are delivered, our project managers are on hand to ensure that the installation and handover processes go smoothly.
